Decanted for 40 minutes and drank over two hours. Stunning. Medium-plus tannins, a little chalky in a good way... maybe that’s the clay note people say. Bright fruit on the nose. Cherry, caramel, spice, and a floral/grassy hint. Leathery finish. The longer we went, picked up red apple and orange zest. LOVED it.
