Kind of felt one dimensional. Need to decant it next time. Opened it only about 20 minutes before drinking. Unbelievable tannins but flat flavor. Give it some time in the cellar and decanter next time maybe. — 7 years ago
Medium-plus to full body, good tannins. Dark fruit and some coffee on the nose. Dark chocolate and maybe some pomegranate on the aftertaste? Really fun wine. — 7 years ago

An instant favorite blend. Like a chocolate covered cherry bomb, but with more layers that I can’t explain. Medium to light tannins but the flavor profile more than make up for it. — 7 years ago

Decanted for 40 minutes and drank over two hours. Stunning. Medium-plus tannins, a little chalky in a good way... maybe that’s the clay note people say. Bright fruit on the nose. Cherry, caramel, spice, and a floral/grassy hint. Leathery finish. The longer we went, picked up red apple and orange zest. LOVED it. — 7 years ago
One of our favorite Chardonnays. Melon, apple and savory notes like vanilla. Some spice and minerality add a different texture. Just enough oak- not too much. — 7 years ago
A cab lover’s merlot. Big wine, strong cab-like tannins. Lots of dark fruit, leather, some spice on the finish. Paired it with a lean steak and it was perfect. — 7 years ago

Inky. Has some good texture to it, but maybe it needs a few years to let its flavors mature? — 7 years ago
