This the No. 8 Gruner Veltliner, not the Blaufrankisch. Minimus, as it turns out, is Latin for hipster. Biodynamic. Extended skin contact, aged in home made amphorae, etc. This is all about the nose, which is alive with flowers and herbs and truffle. It dies off a bit on the palate. At CSW tasting.

Unusual Oregon take on Gruner. Tangy, stone fruit, bright acidity, mineral, crisp, clean finish. Would buy again!
