Coenobium Lazio Bianco Trebbiano Blend

Paolo Bea's son making wine from a field blend of grapes growing up acacia trees at a Cistercian nunnery! Whaaaaaa?

Made by Trapist Nuns. This wine sees extended skin contact and thus is something completely different than most people are used to; it's an "orange" wine. This one has some nice creamyness as well as some yeasty spice notes. Very subtle, unripe tropical fruits.

Gorgoeus wine that, yes, smells like bazooka bubble gum and glorious white flowers. Faintly sweet with white flowers and wet stones and a hint of honey.

A sweaty locker room with accents of cotton candy and cheese rind. Sounds gross, tastes amazing. Finish is all clean and good. God bless Rosenthal.

Interesting blend. Slight oxidation, yeasty, pear & apples on nose. Apples and cream with a hint of honey on palate. 2012 vintage

White flower, pear, and ginger powder. Refined vs prior years. Phenolics and oxidation are minimal this year and the wine is all the better for it.

Smelled like feet at first but I warmed up to it
