This is a lovely bottle of wine. The aromas are of dusty herbs and mountain forests. Tannins a bit coarse in the way that I find typical in Chianti Classico. Mineral, with great acid balance and lovely, fresh black cherry and blackberry fruit. Moreish. Need more.

Dec 12th, 2016Trim, a bit tight. Firm acids, fresh dark fruit and this interesting aromatic herb aroma that puts me in mind of mountains. Plenty of sap and concentration on a light frame. Lovely stuff, and I'd love to see it again in ten years
