Montevertine
Toscana Super Tuscan Blend
Very pretty and floral old school Sangiovese blended with some rare indigenous varieties. Much better on day two, need to decant.

Apr 27th, 20172010. Great wine beginning its joyous window. Sweet rich Italian red nose that gets to a minty place occasionally, some leather, tannins are present but feel like "Ceylan tea-level" bite--quite manageable. A wine that gets your heart moving a bit when you're in the mood for an Italian red on a blustery day. Has a long life ahead but is already giving a great deal of pleasure.
