A bit of a warning, this isn't totally dry. Not a problem though with spicy food. The wine is super pretty and has nice ripe melon notes.

So good! Very refreshing, has a slight sweet taste, but not really. Not sure what it is about this wine, but it was delicious. Best white wine I've ever had pRobably.

A bit of petrol and waxy resin on the nose, carried by fresh melon. Ripe, Braeburn apples begin and finish the experience, crescendoing to honey and ripe peaches mid-palate, and returning to apple notes on the backend.
