Il colore e garnet(vintage 2017). Ha un buono profumo di blackberry o jam. Viene lacidita primo, doppo umami tenire. Manca rotondo. La mia domanda e’ come diventa doppo un paio di anno.

Strong Pinot.
Started bold. Got fruity. Then acidic at the end.
Very bold for a Pinot. Very dark but color edges were Pinot, as opposed to crimson.
Maybe because it was young.
