Wow... this is probably a new favorite of mine... one of the most supple Napa Cabs you can find, made by top 9 wine maker and consultant Philipe Melka, definitely a reflection of top pedigree. Lots of tobacco and coffee notes and a finish of great length. Overall very well balanced and a showstopper for any get together.

This was good, but not great. Nice Cabernet profile. But the finish was a bit Interested to revisit this brand in the future.

The belle of the ball.. Waited a long time to try this.. What a gorgeous wine. Bouquet of rose petrels, sweet cherry, raspberry, and a touch of earth. Insanely velvety smooth mouthfeel with hints of cassis, mocha, licorice, violet, and a long finish. So nice.

Feb 15th, 2016On the nose watercress, fern, dark berries, anise, hint of saddle with a macchiato echoed in the exhale. Active tannins, bone dry finish. Lovely experience. Decant first and/or use Veritas Riedel glasses. Mmmmm.

Boom! Amazing. I am glad I can not afford bottles like this on a regular basis. This sort of pour raises the bar so high, you have to remind yourself that the hobby is not about the benchmarks and that the benchmarks are easy to like.
Lush and a big 15.1%, that was tamed by our Reidel Veritas Cab glasses. On the nose; fern, berry, anise. Lisa is suggesting, "a hint of saddle". On the palette active tannins, alcohol, dark fruit, and mirepoix.
