Moone Tsai tasting on our Nashville getaway. Started with the Chardonnay. Using our metal travel glasses, so there is no notes on color. The nose gives me an initial impression of the salinity of an ocean breeze over sea water. I also get pineapple on the nose. Mouthfeel is full-bodied. This wine is complex with hints of oak and a notes of creamy bananas foster. This is one of the best Chardonnay’s I’ve had. So much going on.
