Wow! This sure doesn’t taste “New World” ...clean, crisp, almost tart...stone, sea spray, saline, lemon pith, something subtle and savory like rosemary or basil. Intense complex finish where the weight shows itself and strikes a pose. Impressive evidence for Willamette Chardonnay’s importance.

Apr 27th, 2021Absolutely beautiful Willamette Valley Chardonnay...saline, crisp, tart, savory, powerful...medium weight and long lively finish. 13.7 ABV, little noticeable oak...Morgen Long makes only Chardonnay... and he makes it well. Run to stake out a place on his mailing list...I love these wines!
