This wine is sweet and fizzy, which makes it fun. The pretty pink color is joined by a rather hearty frizzante. It was a good idea to mate the unheralded Moscato grape with Brachetto in this wine. The presence of the latter brings a depth that would never appear with just the former. Don’t pair it with dessert, by the way - it goes better with salty snacks.
