Pretty solid and approachable-right out of the bottle. Light cab. Make sure you decant for full affect. Standard cherry applies and undertones of tobacco and orange peel finish. Curious.

Dark berries, blackberries, touch of cola leaf, oak , dark chocolate. On palate juicy and round, brambly tannins and a slight greenness.

The most intense cab I've had. Up there with the dark horse varieties. Smells like caramel, deep royal red. Almost a toasted jam taste without being too jammy. A good example of chocolate taste. Strong tannin. The usual cab spicy taste is almost over powered by the intense fruit, but comes out twd the end
Put this in my get drunk fast category :)

Very drinkable. Smooth. Would buy again, but wouldn't really go out of my way to find it. Better than some of this vineyard's other offerings.
