All of the wines this evening were donated from my cellar for an international Food & Wine Society dinner function.. The night usually ends with a port but I decided to change it to an aged rum. This drank like a million bucks. Had a nose like a great cognac. Definitely a keeper!

Always a solid rum. Enjoying this with some goat pepper (scotch bonnet family) simple syrup and ginger beer. The mix in ounces is 12 rum, 6 ginger beer, 4 simple syrup. This makes 6 drinks. Enjoy!
