Vino frizzante is quite the treat. Between Prosecco and asti Spumante. I can’t imagine anyone disliking this bottle. — 3 years ago

Quite pale lemon straw . Quite generous and round on the nose , quite a bit of oak . After a while lemon oil , touch of oyster shell . On the palate again quite round, more yellow fruit, showing the vintage, touch of alcohol . Wouldn’t automatically think Puligny with this, though after a while there is a bit more of leaness and minerality, ok length getting more mineral with time in the glass . Drink now and over the next 5-8 years . At The Cliff , Barbados — 2 years ago
Very good on an Anniversary Dinner at Fusion Rooftop in Holetown Barbados. — 3 years ago
A big old beast of a Bajan Rum. Drop of water is suggested to tame it. Big rubbery and caramel nose, acetone obviously as the ABV is off the chart. Molasses lingers on the palette with hits of golden syrup and oak. It’s fucking good :) — 3 years ago

I bought this litre bottle at Easter earlier this year duty free when we visited Norfolk Island. Typical Barbados Rum with caramel and vanilla notes. I only ever have it with a small block of ice. The palate shows same caramel with some charred burnt notes. Some tasters detect Banana notes. Only 37.5 % ABV. This was an occasional after dinner sipper through the winter months. I finished it off last night. — a month ago
