May 18th, 2017A great value white. Pinot grigio with a honey acacia/wet rocks nose and creamy mouthfeel, full bodied, finish could be longer. Good choice if you order the sformato, which you always should. But also all the pastas with a piquant saline element like bottarga work well with this
