Reminds me of some Swiss Pinot Noirs in a way. Very aromatic, tarry rope and cigar. Rounded mouthfeel. But not great on flavor. Smoky, earthy, almost no fruit and a lot of acidity. Very subdued tannins but a long and quite bitter finish. Strangely reminiscent of an IPA of all things.
