Dec 19th, 2016Evokes Cabernet Franc a bit. Whole cluster/stems add some spiciness to the red fruit & an earthy poblano note. I haven't tried a ton of Blaufrankisch, but I really like the ones I have been able to. Equal parts seductive and rustic.
