Very nice smooth wine

Very well balanced and satisfying sav Blanc, nice minerality, earthy grapefruit. Great value. 2015.

w/ pan fried Nantucket striped bass, lobster asparagus risotto and lemon butter sauce

Goes down easy. With brown butter farfalle with sage and hot sausage.
