Comparing both side by side. Left is Dijon 777 clone and right is F105 German clone. They are same year, same soil, same wine maker, same process. And uncorked and poured simultaneously. Color is almost identical. But flavor and aroma is really different. The 777 opened faster, is more aromatic, brighter cherry, a bit floral. The F105 is deeper, earthier, and has a different fruit characteristic, not sure what it is though. Sour cherry with a hint of balsamic?
