Stone fruit, pear and honeysuckle. Very fresh and good for summer.

Swartland Chenin Blanc. Straw yellow, pear, baked apple, melon, white flowers. Started out ripe on the palate but with a surprising lean, minerally finish. First time trying South African Chenin Blanc - would try again!

Super neutral, yet flavourful. An easy drink - one of those "oops I accidentally the entire bottle" moments waiting to happen

This may well be my first South African wine (that I can recall) so I don’t have much of a reference point. Vividly floral and aromatic on the nose, and suggests sweetness, which it isn’t. On the palate, fresh and intensely flavorful. Green pear, unripe almond, tropical notes, flowers and chalky minerality. Theres a lot going on here, but makes me excited to try more South African wines. 🇿🇦
