The semillion comes through with on the first taste with tremendous butterscotch and honey dancing across your tongue in 5 inch stillettos. Perfect balance, crisp, fresh, tantalizing. Like it better than the old conundrum, this one a blend of (count em) SEVEN varietals. Yeah deserves 92 as a warm summer night deckadent wine.

What Walter said! 👇🏻 I was afraid this wine would be on the sweeter side, but it isn’t! It’s so well balanced and paired very nicely with Parmesan crusted chicken, roasted broccoli with lemon, and sweet potatoes.

Well balanced but tending towards the sweet side. Paired well with a mildly spiced shrimp cocktail, as well as with a mild white fish (humuhumuhumu, aka Hawaiian tilefish)

Interesting blend that caught my attention. Good balance but despite the 7 grape blend, it didn't have the complexity I was expecting. Drank fine, like a standard sauv. Blanc. Little noticeable resid sug. Thought it would be a hint sweeter.
