Beckstoffer Vineyard Georges III Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep purplish ruby red. Looks insanely young. Tons of baking spices and dark fruits on the nose. Notes of creme de cassis, cinnamon, brown sugar, blackberries, and caramel. Heavy tannins (7.5/10) and full bodied. Super rich palate with tons of black fruits, blackberries, black currants, spices, and baking spices. Does not want to quit. Dry and long finish. Drink till 2035.

Lovely. Full bodied with a beautiful combination of red and blue fruit with a gorgeous mouth feel.

Tremendous. 1.5 hr decant. Beautiful complexity. The next day was even better with the blue fruits coming through loudly.

Darkest wine of the night. Ruby with purple rim. Explosive nose of red, blue and dark fruit with hints of sweet vanilla. Full body long finish. This was decanted for about 3 hours. Plush and inviting.
