Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

I keep coming back to this Cabernet as a fantastically good, fulfilling wine.

Drank out of plastic cups at the Native Sons Hall in St. Helena with the guys

Not too swell up his head too too much but everything that Mike touches is pretty freaking awesome. Great fruit here and has a hella long time to just let sit and get even nicer.

Well now. This is impressive. Like, really impressive.

I really liked this old school, balanced cab, so giving it a higher score than others might say it deserves. Sometimes refreshing to go old school... C'est la vie, everyone to their own preferences. :)

Nice effort in a tough vintage. Nice fruit but a something missing compared to a Mike's awesome flavors. A bit tart and clipped.

No corkage in Colorado means better pre-dinner wines!

Very big for 2011 I thought. Black and blue berries, sweet oak, cardamom?. Quite smooth.
