Limpid gold. Ripe pear and Meyer lemon aromas show very good clarity and complementary honey and toasted nut accents. Smooth and open-knit, offering spice- and smoke-accented citrus and orchard fruit flavors, along with hints of sweet butter and fennel. This was lovely! A great balance of sweet and tart, subtler than a green apple, without being cloying. Slight notes of almonds and caramel. Excellent with cheeses
