It reminds me of the brown sauce you can't stop eating at your local take-out Chinese restaurant. Your mouth keeps salivating. I'm surprised at the softer tannic structure. I was expecting to have my face ripped off, but the tannins show restrain. Acid levels are reminiscent of blood oranges. 14.5% alcohol hides. Pleasantly surprised. #pinotage
