3 hour decant (decent fine/cloudy sediment). A brooding inky purplish color. On the nose: dark cherry, cassis, spearment, earth, touch of stewed meat and cinnamon. Taste: Nice!...layers of flavor! Creamy, rich, elegant, full body wine with blackberry, earth, cinnamon, orange peel, bacon fat, and a spicy black raspberry long finish. A wine that will get better with age...a must try wine!!
