Branding Iron Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon

Not as concentrated. Dark fruit. Blackberry and Raspberry. Tannins in check.

Snowy first full of spring with black cherry and cassis. 7 hour decant and thick legs.

First bottle of wine in new house. Delicious with pizza!

Harsh. Too much acid and tannin, too little spice. Needs time to mature. Attempted decanting, using a Venturi, no success in making this an above average wine...maybe I'll revisit it in 5-10 years

Berry smooth! 😉

Great wine with a wonderful fruit forward approach and a sublime finish, but needed to wait a little longer.
