The fruits run juicy to dry. Blackberries, blueberries, black plum, hint of dark cherries, cooked strawberries, mid tannic, rich wet black earth, soft spices and a really good consistent fruit finish. A lot to like here. The Element 28 just missed being wine of the day out of the 14 2015's presented.

Fruit plus a little smoke. Toasted Medium+ barrels?
Tannins are still there and light acid. Probably needs a couple of years
