Great find! Light spritz upon opening, with lime and soft underripe pear up front--pleasant clean finish. Minerals. Great balance--paired with crispy skin sea robin. $20. Tho not an amazing bottle, it's versatility with seafood makes it a certain winner. @Ian Duncan
