Amazing oyster-like result with kazunoko hors d’œuvre.

It's good. Kinda ripe though.

Nice viscosity for a Grüner. Pear, white pepper, apple, underripe melon, medium acid, medium alcohol. Nice and refreshing.

Electrifying. Maybe slightly one dimensional - but if that dimension is to your liking, this is great. Just tons and tons of precise minerality and acid with some white fruit. Delicious. Crazy value for $18 on prerelease.
