A great drink. Very rich but not over the top as it’s balanced by nice acidity. Nose of honey. Nice sweet mineral finish. Blind you might guess a really well made northern Rhône white. Not the most interesting wine hence it not getting a higher score. Awesome with my mussel pasta. I wouldn’t kick this out of bed ;-).
