Ahhh! I had to standup and call out what I smelled in front of the class. Oddly enough I couldn't pick out ANYthing! But apparently lots of baking spices, dark cherry...

Had a filet and a bottle of Twenty Bench 2012. Very nice body and tannins. Wish we had another bottle.
