A little sweeter than I normally like, but not too sweet. Blend of Semillon, Muscadelle and sauvignon blanc grapes. Stone fruit and honey. Almost reminds me of a less sweet, lighter and more refreshing version of Sauternes. Paired okay with the mildly spicy panang curry I had for dinner. Probably a good alternative to Riesling when pairing with spicy Asian food.
