選抜ハーベストで対策して、
根が深くなる。
新樽で発酵。18ヶ月でさらに新樽で8ヶ月発酵させる。
バリックの香り。
ムッチャ濃厚で美味しい。トロッとしたボディ！！！ 少し甘みもある。
