Vanishing pale ruby on the eye. Red cherries and violets on the nose with the smells of a cold day in the woods. Quick change from ripe to tart red cherries on the fore pallet with perfectly balanced acidity and minerality in the mid pallet. Firm tannings with a soft dissipating finish. A robust yet elegant Pinot Noir with enchanting capacity. Definitely an eye opening wine.
