Star bright straw gold. Medium, slightly lemony with yellow apple nose. Medium full-bodied palate echoes the nose adding very slight hint of butterscotch and vanilla. More fruit than either of those last two though. Medium plus acidity makes this a wonderful wine for food. Pairs well with “conventional” white wine dishes or with red flesh fish. Drink now.
