I spotted this 'Ombra' Prosecco at my local Liquorland for $14 and simply thought - why not!
It's a lemon colour on the eye with a slight green fleck to the erupting effervescence in the glass. On the nose I pick up scents of apples and vanilla. On the palate there's baked apple sweetness mixed with dry citrus acidity resulting in a smooth light-bodied bubbly.
