Thick ruby/berry color. I can't seem to pick out any distinct fruity scents but to me it smells kind of earthy and like bleu cheese (what?). For some reason the smell reminds me of Texas Roadhouse. Maybe it's a sign that I should drink a glass with steak. Tastes a bit like cherries and pepper and is not as bitter as I expected from the smell. All in all, it's OK but nothing special.
