Jul 7th, 2015Spot on. Started drinking in the apartment and brought it to yakitori totto in nyc to finish the magnum. Clean, crisp, floral which is what I expect but also had a solid body that held up to some of the heavier dishes.

Server said its dry, but for my palate rather sweet, reminds me of ouzo - my friend really enjoyed it though

Love this at Ryokan. It wasn't on the menu when Yam first offered it to us.
