Himitsu with the Fallons. One of my favorite skin contact wines yet. Lots of tannins but not too much.

Incredibly interesting. Smoky, white fruit and quince. With crazy acidity and a shocking amount of tannin for an orange.

A nice display of Georgian Amber wine. Very interesting without overwhelming tannins. For lack of better terms, with less fruit and more funk.

Initially surprised by color and very acidic flavor (also the sediments) but this wine wine accompinied our diverse tasting menu pretty well
