Dry farmed, bush trained and ungrafted Serfiotiko from Syros.
Not overly aromatic with some shy peach and a herby tang, yet the depth & purity on the palate is stunning. Slightly creamy mouthfeel balanced by zingy lemony acidity on a mineral salty backbone. This is far from your average taverna white and really, really good!
