Oct 24th, 2017Wow, this was way better than expected. No reduction, light cranberry and tart cherry, lots and lots of spice, just delicious. Is it blasphemous to say that I think I liked this just about as much as "real" Overnoy (at least from recollection)?

The nose is a little faint but I think that should change with air exposure. The palate is full a tart cherries and a bright minerality. This is a light red for the summer.
