Big Cabernet Franc! Perfect with grilled ribeyes as we celebrate Brett’s final days before departure to Middlebury.

Took some air to open up and get going. Once it did this was great - high complexity, dark fruit, leather, silky but not overly oaky. WOTN I think, delicious.

Seemed a bit closed to me - mostly dark fruit, earth, and some oak. I’d hold or extensively decant.
