Massive jammy nose with lots of stewed prunes. Palate is much more restrained and complex. Silky mouthfeel. Still a big wine but a good lick of savoury spice. There is just enough acid and tannin to keep the beast in check.

Medium nose with blackberries, cherry, dark chocolate and a hint of earthiness. Medium to full bodied, young but very approachable.
Prefer the Reserva with more depth.
