Epitomizes soft. This wine was beautifully integrated and velvet like. Fig, freshly baked mixed berry pie, and sandalwood highlight the aromatics. Ripe plum, dark chocolate dipped black cherries, and sweet espresso are revealed on the palate. Drinking beautifully.

First of our seven year vertical tonight....Scratch that the 2014 came out too.

Deep garnet red with watery edges. Cherry liqueur straight off the nose, a touch herbal, cassis and spices. Medium tannins (6/10) and medium to medium plus body. A nice spicy kick on the palate. Notes of tomato, dark berries, herbs and anise. Medium plus finish. Drink now.

Always consistently great. The merlot is just as nice as the cab.

This is a merlot? Wow. Hitting its peak. So deep and so much going on. Unsweetened prunes, black cherries, dark chocolate, vegetal/eucalyptus, white pepper, charred oak, still has big tannins.

Earthy aromatics with hints of red fruit the palate is still showing layers of black fruit with red fruit overtones - dense and full - with light spice and white pepper notes but the tannins are very integrated making for a wonderful drinking merlot that is a rockstar with age

Smooth, great nose. A beautiful bottle shared with friends. This was one left over from the Bespoke Collection.

People I know love this wine. I like it, but like a friend, sort of like a friend who you are happy to see out, but wouldn't want to invite home, or to a long dinner. Or see very often. Maybe lunch, like on a weekday, when you are on a schedule and need to wrap it up in 90 minutes. You get the idea.
