
Crazy weird skin ferment chard? Open top fermenters perhaps? Bruised and canned orchard fruits, phenols, leafy, chalky tannins on the finish. Reminds me of Savennieres w/out screaming acidity

Really sharp on the palate, not too buttery but the alcohol kinda just sits on top. Wouldn’t buy it again.
