... Watermelon, pineapple, green pear, fennel, anise, light bodied, low tanning, crisp delight with a bitter herb finish that add personality and nerve ... No Much ! But just enough ... this particular “manchego” is somehow more inclined to the sweet fruits that other wines from the region ... If I got to guess the reason, I may think that this “manchego” may have been infused with “Portuguese” grapes known as verdelho... just maybe ... If that is the case looks like a good marriage.
