Cuvée du Rosier Coteaux du Loir Pineau d'Aunis
Absolutely wild stuff, red fruit, white pepper, flowers and funk. Light bodied with just a bit of bite. Would be good with roast chicken

Sep 24th, 2022First go with pineau d'aunis by itself. Very lovely wine. Bright, ripe berries and a bit of spice. Of particular note was the floral element on the flavor profile. Definitely impressed by the presence of fresh flowers (roses, perhaps? Maybe geraniums) on the palate. 100% Pineau d'Aunis. 10/17/22.
