Acidic, , mineral driven, refreshing but ballsy and bold. This white wine does not give a fuck. Paired very well with a mixed green salad with cumin garlic dressing, roasted corn and scallions, and cranberries.

Chenin Blanc from the Loire... Stainless steel, fresh and very bright. Honeycomb, apricot, peach... Very light and lively. Got this from Kermit Lynch and paired it with buttermilk fried chicken and spicy coleslaw .. It worked just fine!
